The Penguin becomes the endangered character in this unusual Heroes in Peril release. Confined inside a purple fabric restraint bag, the criminal mastermind is presented in a situation very different from his normal role directing henchmen and plotting against Batman.
A cord secures the covering while the Penguin’s recognizable head remains visible. The articulated figure stands approximately 8 inches tall beneath the restraint and can be displayed as part of a capture, escape or villain-betrayal scene. This limited edition was restricted to only 200 pieces and comes in resealable clamshell packaging.
